No Menu Delay ?

Yes if you want to quick when you open start menu, i will give you the tips and trick.

1. Just click Start ---> Run ---> and type regedit
2. When you see a registry editor, looking for HKEY_CURRENT_USER ---> Control Panel --->Desktop, after tha looking for MenuShowDelay at the right panel and double click the change the value data with "0"
3. Don't forget to restart your computer to take change effect

Yup this just change the registry !
